Trends to follow in the garden in 2023

The beautiful days are very close and with them the prospect of beautiful moments in the garden, on the terrace, or on the balcony. Since the health crisis, our need to escape has not diminished, beautifully marking the outdoor trends of 2023. The memory of the heat and water restrictions of the summer of 2022 does not fail to change our relationship with our outside world and make ecology a central theme. Let’s take stock of the garden and patio trends in 2023.

Mediterranean spirit

The Mediterranean spirit blows not only in our selection of plants but also in our furnishings. Natural and raw materials, mineral and solar colors, and an invitation to travel!

Promote biodiversity

Here is a topic that is becoming increasingly important in gardens: how to promote biodiversity? So in 2023, we naturalize our beds by planting wild and native species there, we give nature its rights in some areas of the garden, we completely forget about pesticides and chemical products, we create habitats for animals (bird nest boxes, insect hotels and simple upside down tiles)… In 2023 we will garden in harmony with nature.

Live outside

In recent years, a phenomenon exacerbated by the health crisis, our outdoor spaces, gardens, terraces, and balconies have become more precious to us than ever. The trend will continue to intensify in 2023: so we think of our exterior as a real extra room. We, therefore, take care of the comfort of the garden furniture, but also the decoration, accessories, and outdoor lighting.
