As an identifying element of the design and interior design studio, the furniture chosen to dress the villa is mostly Italian design, with specialized craftsmanship with the highest quality materials. A peculiarity that is especially found in the backlit onyx bar counter located in the entertainment room, which is a clear example of the studio’s hallmark of excellence.
In this reform, the identifying and preferred elements of the client take on special importance: a specific logo was designed to embroider on towels, bathrobes, and sheets and touches and pieces in mint green , the color owner’s favorite.
One of the outstanding rooms of the house is the living-dining room, an open space in which a television cabinet in sycamore maple wood was designed with details of brass profiles and shelves with mirrored bottom, in which they are integrated into its entire television and fireplace.
In the space for the dining room, the undisputed protagonist is the Giorgetti ‘Fang’ dining table with the top in American walnut, the base made of leather, and a central insert in onyx.
In the kitchen, previously installed by Bulthaup and also open to the living-dining room, the white and gray tones combined with the wood stand out.
The Femont Galvan Designers studio was in charge of the design of the passage door, integrated in such a way that it is practically imperceptible and very similar in tone and wood grain to the existing paneling.
The master suite enjoys impressive views of the sea and a luminosity enhanced thanks to the wallpaper that covers the wall, custom-designed and hand-painted on gold leaf.
The bed has a velvet headboard that matches the flowers on the wallpaper. Next to it, two smoked glass nightstands.
On the opposite side of the room, we find a paneling designed to measure by the study in which a minibar and a tea and coffee machine are integrated.
For the office, an ebony desk was custom designed with antique lion legs, which play with the brass table lamp.
Also, the interior design studio designed a custom illuminated shelf with the front in ebony and the sides and the bottom upholstered in leather, leaving the furniture completely framed by brass and with drawers in a high-gloss black finish bottom.
The entire upper floor of this home was designed as an area for entertainment. In the TV area, there is a custom-designed American walnut bar cabinet, which has a built-in minibar under the worktop and two retractable smoked mirror doors.
Finally, on the other side of the lounge from the entertainment floor is a backlit onyx bar, again custom-designed by the studio, inspired by the shape of a yacht.
This bar area has an opening onto the terrace, which has a swimming pool with panoramic sea views, as well as a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers.
The main bathroom is hidden behind a door fully integrated into the bedroom paneling. It has a unique layout and design, with granite wall cladding and Armani velvet marble flooring.
