It is nice to see the plan of this apartment and see how well the space is used, with an open layout, in which every square inch is useful.
116 m² in a total of which almost 2/3 of the surface is used for the common areas during the day, kitchen dining room, and the rest 2 bedrooms for private areas.
We have already mentioned it sometime before, that for us it is more important to have a large open kitchen and living area, than not a large bedroom, because it fits better with our lifestyle, so this home seems perfect to us.
We know that some of you may be struck by the fact that in 116 square meters there are only two bedrooms, but if you don’t need more, why have them? We insist, for a couple without children with a certain lifestyle it is an ideal home, that the space is thus distributed and not divided into 4 small bedrooms, etc … surely for a family of 4 or 5 it will not be, that is why it is so important about having a home that adjusts to each phase of life and not because it is the standard.
As for the decoration, we like everything to look new and well finished, with a classic air and without being overloaded with furniture, so that it looks more spacious and spacious. Do you like it?
