Rooms Of Less Than 10M2 With Fabulous Style And Decor Ideas

Having a bedroom or children’s room of less than 10 m 2  is, nowadays, very common. And that is not why we should live it as an insurmountable problem. When looking for the best layout, the first thing to do is choose where the bed and the closet are going to go, which are the bulkiest and essential pieces, so they are the ones that “eat” the most meters. Does not fit the closet at the foot of the bed? You can plan, for example, a bridge-type wardrobe. In our gallery, you will find this and many other solutions to squeeze every inch of your bedroom, the children’s, or the guest room.

WITH THE BASIC PIECES AND A TOTAL WHITE LOOK

How to take advantage of a bedroom of less than 8 m 2? With the basics and customized solutions. These are the recipes that the architects’ Ana Blanco and Fran Mengíbar applied in this bedroom. At the foot of the bed and from wall to wall they allocated the wardrobe and to reduce the minimum possible space, they reduced the headboard to the minimum expression and integrated the bedside tables. And they bet on white to lighten everything and fill it with clarity.

A “CLOSED” BEDROOM WITH CURTAINS

This floor is barely 40 m 2, so the interior designer Cosma Musacchio did not hesitate to plan it open to squeeze every cm. But what about the bedroom? He visually delimited his space with curtains that, when closed, preserve this space and give it privacy. And to give it a decorative plus, he devised a system of bars tied with ropes that reinforce the marine style of the net curtains.

SMALL AND DECORATED WITH COLOR

The decorator Begoña Susaeta had to face the challenge of the meters in this bedroom. They were so tight that the chest of drawers at the foot of the bed was made to measure so that it had less depth and thus the passage was comfortable. And he dyed it the same water green as the rest of the walls, to blend in with the decoration.

A LIGHT AND VERY CAPABLE BEDROOM

The decorator Pia Capdevila did not give an inch for lost in this bedroom. To gain more space at the foot of the bed to be able to open the closet doors without problems, he reduced the headboard to a minimum, a structure that looks like a wall that collects the bed. Also, he used the space under the window with a low closet as a shoe rack.

WITH A LARGE BRIDGE TYPE WARDROBE

Taking advantage of the wall of the headboard to store is a very practical solution in small spaces where a closet at the foot of the bed does not fit. Here, the decorator Bárbara Sindreu has won a very complete vertical dressing room. Painted the same as the wall, it is better integrated into the decoration. The headboard, as a shelf, also serves as side tables.
