We start the week dreaming of a wonderful vacation lakeside home located in the Berkshires mountainous area, between the northeastern states of the USA, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
This is one of those areas of the United States where everything is green, with lush forests that transform into colored canvases in autumn when the leaves of the trees change color, wonderful landscapes that attract tourists, and where many inhabitants of the two states have a second vacation or recreational residences.
This house was built for that purpose, it is the place where a family of 5 members escapes on summer weekends, it has more than 600 m², 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a toilet and a separate boathouse from the house, attached to the lake, all in that light wood frame in a color palette ranging from subtle, warm neutrals to brightly colored borders.
The studio that created the house wanted to create a natural, neutral, and relaxed space for adults and common areas, and a more fun environment in the children’s and youth rooms. It is more than achieved, right? because the house could not be more spectacular.
Doesn’t it make you dream? We love this area of the United States a lot and not only for the typical architecture and interior design of the American Northeast but also for nature, people, the weather, gastronomy, etc.
