A modern pool house with a flat roof
In harmony with the existing building with contemporary and clean lines, this 65m2 pool house, complete with an adjoining technical room, houses a living room sheltered under a pergola lined with red cedar in warm tones.
The large L-shaped kitchen has all the necessary appliances to organize lunches with family or friends. The floor, adorned with stone-effect porcelain stoneware slabs, goes perfectly with the anthracite lacquered aluminium furniture and the worktops that combine stainless steel and wood to give a warm touch to the whole. A dining area and a super cosy lounge area round off this characteristic facility.
A shed to accommodate a dining area
The terrace bordering the large swimming pool has been made of Ipe to warm up the atmosphere.
Two staircases with graphic lines lead to a second high terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the property’s olive grove. Below, the original, dated shed has been transformed to create a comfortable dining area, accessed via a wooden walkway. It fits perfectly in this room with Mediterranean accents.
A brick pool house with a Mediterranean atmosphere
The professionals took advantage of this existing awning and created a warm space by covering the wall with zelliges to create ultra graphic decor. A light oak hanging shelf welcomes some succulent perennials to distil a Mediterranean vibe. An old vintage camp bed completes the furnishings so you can enjoy a nap in the shade near the swimming pool.
