XL Architecture + Engineering designed Nea Vourla Housing Estate project in Iskele location of Urla Town in the city of Izmir, which is composed of 31 villas resting on 3 blocks 2 of which are the neighbours. XL Architecture + Engineering collaborates with ARON Contracting Co. over pre-design issues, such as strategic planning, business plan, marketing and feasibility studies consequently the project becomes a landmark for its region.
31 villas sustaining the attributes of its local context are the varieties of the same archetype. They are all fully facing sea view and are designed to inhabit year round.
