Luxury Status Apartments on the 51st Floor in Moscow’s City Center

Located in the heart of Moscow-City’s international business district, Neva Towers represents the pinnacle of premium-class residential living. This apartment, a prime example of modern luxury, is not just a home—it’s an investment in career development, status enhancement, and the future of the owner’s children. With its own infrastructure, rooftop park, and a “house without borders” concept, the apartment epitomizes conscious minimalism, masterfully executed by the renowned studio, Kvadrat Architects.

A Journey of Design Evolution

The client’s journey with Kvadrat Architects began a few years ago when they initially sought a classic interior. At the time, the studio’s focus on modern design led to a temporary pause in their collaboration. However, two years later, the client returned, ready to embrace a more contemporary aesthetic and fully entrusting the Kvadrat team with the project. The result is a space designed for temporary stays during business trips to Moscow, where the interior not only reflects the high status of the environment but also offers unparalleled comfort and sophistication.

Seamless Integration of Skyscraper Aesthetics

The interior design of the apartment seamlessly integrates the exterior skyscraper aesthetics into the living space. The client’s investment goes beyond financial returns, as the apartment is also a legacy for his children. When they eventually move to Moscow for their studies, they will live in the heart of the business district, surrounded by an interior rich in aesthetic and architectural solutions.

Functionality Meets
Impeccable Aesthetics

The living room is designed for meetings, receptions, and relaxation, while the private area cleverly combines a bedroom and workspace. One of the standout features is the innovative decision to separate the sleeping area into a self-contained unit with an integrated mattress, creating a room with a perfectly regular shape. This approach not only enhances the functionality of the space but also contributes to a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Maximizing Space Through Architectural Ingenuity

Kvadrat Architects demonstrate their expertise in maximizing space by combining different systems into a single architectural element. For instance, a small closet is visually expanded through the use of harmonious proportions, effectively dissolving the monolithic structure within the space. The bathroom, characterized by its white tones, features light accents and precise geometry, with shadow seams that add a graphic appeal.
