Small, practical, well located, second-hand but decorated with style, would you live here?
It is a small apartment of only 38 m², old, but with more than acceptable finishes and decorated in a modern and functional Nordic style.
For some, the distribution will be uncomfortable, because of having the living room in the bedroom, but nothing is further from reality, that area should be considered private and if there are visits in the kitchen there is enough room to receive them for dinner one night or drink coffee.
These homes are what they are, enough for a person to live comfortably in the big city, but not for a family, having that clear, we can say that it is the perfect home for someone who has just become independent or has moved to another city For studies or work.
We really like how brown is used on the walls, a complicated color where there are, in contrast to white and wicker, a cheap and humble material, but that brings that warmth and naturalness to the decorations without much expense.
That the apartment is old, does not remove so that it is given a coat of paint and a deep general cleaning is done and thus enjoy more of it. Do you like it? What would you like to live in something like that when you studied instead of sharing a flat? Great right?
