A Thoughtful Two-Block Design
The design of Lazer House is divided into two distinct blocks:
Upper Block: Positioned at street level, this block contains the private and social areas. Its strategic layout connects seamlessly to a lush garden, blending indoor and outdoor living.
Lower Block: Subtly integrated 90 centimeters below the upper block, this section houses storage spaces and a garage with direct access to a busier street.
