Living in the northwest of Madrid, close to the capital, is an absolute pleasure. Well-connected, with many services and greenery, are the keys to long-term success. This and the possibility of building a bespoke home were the reasons that made the difference when the owners discovered this farm and decided to buy it to grow their family there.
The ground floor, with its north-facing garden and closest to the development of the property, has its own entrance and houses the guest area, gym and other ancillary uses including the garage; The upper floor, connected to the largest room in the garden, brings together all the family rooms.
Bedroom, living room, kitchen, projection room, porches… all areas of this floor are perfectly arranged to facilitate family gatherings and interactions.
After the space was dissolved, the interior designer carefully searched for design and very functional pieces, opting for art (particularly photography) to achieve impressive interiors and elegantly combined colours in the textiles. The designer has also opted for a collection of wooden furniture, some of which are antique and of Nordic origin.
The outdoor areas deserve a special mention: a natural garden with a pool and native foliage.
