Spatial Organization and Materiality
The house is divided into two distinct zones, clearly articulated by a central path and pergola that mark the entrance.
- Public Zone: The first zone, characterized by its openness, houses the kitchen and living areas. Floor-to-ceiling glazing blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light to flood the interiors.
