Charming Second-Hand Nordic Mini-Flat

The budget does not always accompany us to be able to choose a newly built home, but we can also get a lot out of a second-hand home.

Whether it is bought or rented, a second-hand home can be a great option to live in and with a little ingenuity and not a lot of money, decorating it in a cozy and functional way is more than possible. Let’s put this mini flat of 21 m², if we zoom in a little on the photos we can see that the finishes, materials, and furniture are not perfect, nor are they the latest model, but that does not mean that they are perfectly valid and safe.

You have read us many times that in a second-hand home a deep cleaning, with the superficial repair of small damages and a couple of coats of white paint, can turn the worst of homes into a charming place, and so on is. In this apartment, almost everything is the same color, white from floor to ceiling. As they are so few meters they will not have wanted to abuse elements, colors, or contrasts to have a little sense of spaciousness.

It is an ideal home for a student, without luxuries, but with everything, you need to live independently and comfortably. In other mini flats with quite a high ceiling like here, we have seen how they raised the bed to a loft, where they do it with the storage, a very good idea too.

The alternative to this would be to live in a student residence or to share a house with other people and the truth is that as a first home it seems very coquettish and perfect for a young person, what do you think?
