Christmas is quickly approaching. Because of this, it is easier for us to set up the entire house and be prepared for the event. Therefore, we want to share some tips with you on how to create a Christmas environment in your home so that you can avoid being caught by the bull and get the holiday season off to a good start.
Nerves and enthusiasm come while the preparations are just getting started. We may come up with some suggestions and ideas that, in general, can transform the aesthetics of the house and give it a festive theme that cheers up the neighborhood.
CLEAN THE CHAIRS AND SOFAS
We advise you to evaluate the furniture, especially the chairs, in addition to stylishly adorning the Christmas tree. When removing stains from a cloth seat, boil a liter of water with two tablespoons of baking soda. Use a cotton cloth and warm, soapy water if the item is leather. If it is velvet, use baking soda and lemon juice.
LIGHT UP WITH CANDLES
Have you arranged candles in glass jars that were filled with wax to make lovely corners? Put them in the freezer until the wax solidifies like our trick. The wax will contract as you remove them, and when you flip it, it will fall naturally. We would like to remind you that adding a beautiful poinsettia and providing it tender loving care will complete the holiday atmosphere.
NON-MARKING NAPKINS
The stains that are indicated, like the lipstick on your napkins, are something that frequently happens to us. The ideal remedy? Apply a solution of three parts water to one part liquid glycerin on the stain. Use a toothbrush to gently scrub, then wash.
This will let you see if the stain is gone, but it is always a good idea to wash them because you will use them for every meal and they will be noticeable. If you learn how to fold paper or cloth napkins creatively, we can also provide a more accurate representation of the table.
REMOVE STAINS
It’s usually helpful to have a few emergency cleaning tips on hand, such as understanding how to get rid of challenging stains. Don’t worry if one of your visitors drops a glass of wine on the carpet; there is a simple fix.
Place absorbent paper on top, then liberally sprinkle salt over the remaining area. Allow it to work for about 8 hours, then vacuum it up. The blemish will be removed. You can alternatively combine two cups of hot water, one tablespoon of white vinegar, and one tablespoon of dishwashing liquid. Apply it gently with a cloth to the stain, then pat it dry. Clever, right?
