Achieving a harmonious, close and familiar interior was the main objective of the interior designer in the design of this housing project located in Seville. The house, which has all the features to enjoy family life, drinks from a dynamic style that mixes the modern with the sophisticated. An interior design that bets on the care of the small details in all its rooms.
The commission for this project responds to the idea of a job well done, since the client contacted the interior designer after having heard very good references about his studio. The power of social networks worked its magic with an encounter between interior designer and owner that would result in this incredible interior, in perfect harmony with the tastes and interests of the client.
But, what type of house are we? Or rather, what needs should the design cover? To begin with, it is a family home, which has three daughters between the ages of 14 and 18 and whose personalities should be reflected in the decoration of the private rooms.
Regarding the rest of the residence, we find a house with four bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room that stands out for its current, attractive and functional spaces. An interior that is complemented by well-selected pieces and a white tone as a background that acts as a common link within the house.
Next, we show you some of the most important rooms, which give life to this house designed with charm and elegance.
Living room
One of the nerve centers of the house is the living room, which serves as a common link between the different rooms. Its design was intended to create a cozy atmosphere, with color notes with a soft background and black lines, which were versatile and functional.
Dining area
In the dining area, we can see table, chairs and sideboards, and ceiling lamps that never fail. A good mirror made in the study gives depth to the room, without losing sight of the painting and a base with a metal sculpture that complements the work.
Functional kitchen
The kitchen is functional and is visually well communicated with the living room, but isolated through a well-resolved space that the client herself designed. The porcelain wall tile is by Porcelanosa.
Main bedroom
For the master bedroom, an en-suite bedroom has been chosen, with a built-in dressing room and bathroom. Anambo paper recreates a classic landscape in a grayish sepia tone, while the terracotta linen headboard adds color. The space also has ceiling lamps, custom-made bedside tables, a bench that serves as a slip-on in the dressing room made of aged gold metal structure upholstered in geometric Casamance fabric.
