Decorating a flat with a complicated plant is not easy and even though a rectangle in principle stands for a simple layout, it is not. Some of our grandparents lived in a flat very similar to this, so we know well that doing the interior design and decoration of a home like this is very complicated if you want to do it with style and in a cozy way. In the beginning, it is an interior floor, the windows all face an interior patio between buildings, so there is little natural light and it also seems that almost always what they have is indirect light and that also means that the environment will be colder, with the consequent cost of energy for air conditioning.
The floor plan is an elongated rectangle with the rooms in a row, one behind the other, and the bathroom at the entrance, that is, at the other end of the bedrooms. So that we are going to fool ourselves, it is not a comfortable distribution, nor collection, but hey, it is an 84 m² apartment, so we are not talking about a huge apartment where you have to travel a long distance.
Despite the drawbacks of lack of light and capricious distribution, its owners have been able to decorate their home with great taste, in a practical, modern, and cozy way. They have opted for a minimal Nordic style in neutral colors tending to dark, giving an air of mysticism to the home.
They could have opted for more white and/or more vivid and cheerful colors in accessories etc. but no, they have preferred that romanticism that dusty tones give and maintain a darker scene. What do you think of the plant? And the decoration? Would you live here? We love the deco, but we are sorry to say that we would not live here due to the lack of natural light especially.
