The first question to ask yourself is where are you going to install your bedroom additionally? You can divide a large bedroom in two, requisition part of the living room or cut back on your garage, provided you isolate the new room. It is possible quite quickly to install a new fixed partition to create a new bedroom. With, for example, cellular concrete tiles or plaster tiles, which are rather light and easy to install, it won’t be long before your new bedroom takes shape. And if you lack light, insert a few glass blocks that will let the sun’s rays pass through, without destroying any privacy, especially if you choose frosted glass.

And if your needs are only temporary or if you want a space to modulate according to your desires, opt for a removable partition instead. This can also be sliding. Thus, it is easy to create a mini-baby room in a parental room  – while maintaining privacy, or to transform a studio into a two-room apartment, without reducing the space too much visually. On rail or jack, removable partitions are both simple to install and economical. On the look side, they offer multiple possibilities, to satisfy all decorative desires. Inwood, aluminium, glass style, with mirror… Removable partitions also allow you to renew the decoration of the room that you are going to divide.
