This cold new build house has nothing. Now it is a classic home, with a movie look. Here long sunsets and views are enjoyed!
An entrance that transmits positivity, serenity, and energy just by setting one foot inside. And it is that the ebonized oak table (stained in an ebony tone) located in the middle with two Chinese vases makes space look like a movie theater. Not forgetting the Hamptons finishing touch by the white wainscoting.
A relaxing area designed with large windows to receive daylight. Not forgetting, the spectacular fireplace ideal for spending great reading moments during rainy winter afternoons. A perfect classic and fresh combination. The light and the landscape gave me the guidelines needed to design the layout of this new-build house.
The owners wanted to save the furniture from the previous house, which became a challenge for the interior designer. The solution? Reupholster with light upholstery and using fabrics such as linen or cotton. It is the brightest place in the house thanks to the sun’s rays that enter through its windows. The most popular area, and with good reason.
It is the space that receives all the light from windows that are actually made of PVC and imitate wood. A design that reminds us of English houses.
In the upper part, we find a bedroom that has spectacular views. The blue velvet headboard together with that piece of white MDF with panels gives it the chicest and cinematographic note. The funny thing is that it actually serves to hide two columns.
Next to the bed is a white chaise longue with a cushion and brown plaid. A unique piece that adds a special touch to the bedroom.
The white and ebony game is undoubtedly present throughout the house and the bathroom could not be less. Not forgetting the moldings, which are also in the design. A space designed to be practical, classic, and very elegant.
