A Dream House for Lovers of Nordic Design & Industrial Style

Soaring ceilings, brick walls, large windows, large exposed metal beams, diaphanous open spaces, micro-cement floors… this house has all the characteristics of industrial ground floor lofts, but with a garden and even a guest house.

It is difficult for newly built homes to look like this. This house was built in 2018, but honestly, don’t you think it is a renovated factory, in which original details have been maintained? it has a lot of merits to give that old character to something new construction.

All that spaciousness and height to the ceiling and the mixture of metal, brick, wood, and concrete amazes us a lot. The fireplace, the kitchen with an island, and a wine cellar that serves as a bar or table… of course that kitchen invites you to go crazy cooking and that dining room to receive our people for a fantastic dinner.

And if the interior is impressive, the exterior is not far behind, with a little more than 1000 m of land to enjoy the good weather when it does and even with an annex – guest house, where our visitors can sleep and have their privacy or the young man of the house can ‘become a little independent.

What do you think, do you like the house? Would you live in a place like this?
