Some we already saw coming, and others are taking hold. Three interior design studios tell us which styles, materials, colours and furniture will set the trends in decoration in 2023.
Today, we continue telling you the great novelties when it comes to interior decoration for 2023. Follow the life-changing trends that will beautify your personal space.
WE WILL MIX WARM AND COLD TONES
As indicated by interior designers, everything indicates that we cannot avoid playing with warm and cold colours. Beiges, browns and off-whites bring warmth. With blue or green touches, the decoration will gain elegance and sobriety.
WARM MINIMALISM, ALSO IN 2023
Warm minimalism will continue to be a trend next year. Clear spaces are preferred, with few pieces, but very well chosen, in which order, simplicity and functionality prevail.
The objective is to achieve cosy environments, in coherence and absolute harmony, that lead us to a sensation of calm. To achieve this, we were left with a mix of the best Scandinavian and Japanese decorations. The colour white as the protagonist, tones neutrals and beiges, furniture with straight lines and natural materials, such as wood and vegetable fibres. And plants, naturally natural, are essential elements to achieve that balance.
WOODEN FURNITURE
The quintessential material for creating environments that transmit warmth, well-being and connection with nature will also be the protagonist in 2023. At Franquet Barrau they are committed to walnut and oak wood furniture. They are two very versatile, robust, resistant, long-lasting and aesthetically complete varieties.
NATURAL STONES
During 2023, natural stone will continue to set the trend. It combines robustness and durability with great beauty. In addition, natural stones add character and personality to environments and, above all, great, great versatility, since we have a great variety: granite, limestone, sandstone, slate, and marble.
And of all of them, in Coblonal Interiorisme the recovery of travertine marble stands out. And not only in damp rooms, such as the bathroom or kitchen, but we will see it in flooring and wall tiles in other rooms of the house.
